VolleyJuniors is advanced volleyball training for girls aged 10-12 year olds.
This is a level above VolleyKids and a step down from Youth Volleyball Training (YVT). The training is completed on a Juniors height net and will incorporate more advanced movement, language and skill sets. This program is designed for kids with volleyball experience, ie: can consistently overhand serve from at least 20′ away, can consistently pass free balls to a targeted zone and effectively move to attack. This program is not designed for “new” volleyballers as drills and training will be fast paced and intense. This exciting, intense training will be a great learning tool leading into competitive play.
The targeted player:coach ratio for this group is 12:1 as the skill level will be much higher.
