Cognition
Cognition is an interactive children’s museum and makerspace located in downtown Mocksville, only about 20 minutes away from RISE Indoor Sports. This 5,000-square-foot facility offers hands-on exhibits and creative spaces designed to promote exploration, learning, and innovation for visitors of all ages.
The museum features themed exhibit areas inspired by local industry sectors and follow a Farm-to-Table theme, aiming to equip the next generation with enthusiasm for STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math).
In addition to the exhibit areas, Cognition includes a fully-equipped Makerspace that provides a community space for visitors aged 10 and up to tinker, create, and problem-solve. The Makerspace offers classes, workshops, demonstrations, and lectures to engage both youth and adult learners.
