BEGINNER BARBELL
Beginner Barbell is a program for anyone and everyone looking to learn the basics of lifting in a stress-free and welcoming environment. Together we will bust through the myths of lifting, enhance our functional fitness, and prepare our bodies from the inside out for all of life’s demands.
CARDIO & CORE
In a crunch for time? Our Cardio & Core morning classes offer you a heart-pumping, core-focused workout in less than 30 minutes. Included with a Torque Barbell Club membership and also available as a stand-alone program.
